Improving the System of Evaluating the Effectiveness Activity of State Bodies in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract
The article presents an evaluation of the effectiveness of state bodies’ activities in the process of improving the system of public administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main trends in improving the system of public administration at the present stage are also under the consideration of this article. The experience of reformation of the evaluation system of the effectiveness of performance of state bodies in the Republic of Kazakhstan is analyzed. A number of systemic problems in evaluating the effectiveness of state bodies in the Republic of Kazakhstan are addressed within the article. Nowadays, an institutional framework of evaluating the performance of state bodies has been created. However, in reality, there are problems in adapting foreign experience in evaluating the performance of state bodies to the Kazakhstani practice. To address these and other problems in a systematic manner, there is a demand for a qualitative evaluation of the effectiveness of state bodies and hold research in this area.
