Strategy of the Small and Medium-Size Business Development

Abstract
The long-term perspective of Lithuanian small and medium-size business is analysed in the article. It is shown, that strategy of small and mediumsize business development should be based on building up of a dynamic enterprises and creation of new jobs, development of the business infrastructure, restructuring of the regional economy, introduction of new production methods, opening up of new markets, increasing the efficiency, improvement of the business culture, formation of a positive image of the business person.
