Genesis of Public Administration in Continental Europe

Abstract
Currently Anglo-Saxon models of public administration are dominant. Theses models are based on business management and public policy. Juridical models of public administration were formerly used in continental Europe and these models are still valid in many countries. These models come from Austrian, German and French schools of public administration and are used in practice. This article is about traditional administration genesis and its impact on administration process in continental Europe.
