Certain aspects of New Public Management implementation in Switzerland

Abstract
In the article the implementation problems of New Public Managemment in Switzerland are analysed, the impact of context, historical and cultural conditions for implementation of New Public management in certain Swiss regions is disclosed, the advantages and deficiencies of New Public Management are defined. Swiss experience serves as a critical example for possibilities of New Public Management implementation in Eastern Europe. The aim of the article is to disclose the contradictions of New Public Management, which arise because of its relative theoretical contradictions with practical implementation results.
