##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
In the article the theoretical and practical relations between public administration and business management are discussed. Normative public administration and business management models of New Public Management, New Governance and Corporative Social Responsibility are analyzed. In view of these models hypotheses and problems are posed, which are both analyzed in this article and remain the object for broader public administration and business practitioners discussions. On the basis of this analysis the authors are suggesting an integrative public and private sectors’ interaction model which is comprised of five dimensions: 1) impact of private sector on public policy, 2) cooperation between public and private sectors, 3) impact of public sector on business, 4) business as a stakeholder, 5) government as a stakeholder. It is possible to evaluate particuliar cases of public – private sectors‘ interaction according to the criteria specified for each of these dimensions.
