Public Administration as a Separate Field of Studies
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of public administration as a separate field of studies. Though public administration could be treated as a separate field of social sciences, the authors of the present article argue that public administration should be treated as a separate field of studies.
Growing convergence of the processes of public policy and administration provides the basis for the emergence of a new separate group of the fields of studies, namely, public governance, thus providing a new possibility of placing public administration as well as public policy as separate fields of studies under this group.
